Clair and Ben spent the majority of their career working in the Salesforce ecosystem, helping organizations implement and maintain Salesforce. While they both knew that they’d found a home in the Salesforce ecosystem, there was still something missing. This led them both to reassess their lives and career paths, looking for a way to align their work with their passion. When thinking back to the times when they were the happiest, it was working with nonprofits who were passionate about their mission and tirelessly working to maximize the impact they could have on the world. They realized that they didn’t have to create their own nonprofit or social enterprise to make a difference. They could impact the world in a positive way by using their knowledge and expertise to serve organizations that were already doing so. With this realization, Passion Fruit Partners was born.
